Late Delivery

Hi,

My unisa books were dispatched on 20/07/2013 @ 08:40. I have still not received them. I have been phoning the call center for the last 30 min. Every time the digital voice says that your call will be answered shortly and then straight after that I am asked to rate the service when I haven't even spoken to anyone yet. I have an assignment due on the 5th of August. I really think this is very poor service.

Please deliver my books asap!
