Ford Ranger 3.2 Worst bakkie with pathetic service

Since I have bought my ford ranger may 2013, i just had problems. The gearbox broke descember after 25000km in the middle of namibia and had to cut short my holiday. Till date I didnt receive any feedback on why it broke. Thus no piece of mind on my new gearbox with reduced waranty. Eversins the gearbox replacement the gear lever cradle brakes every 5000km and cost me a day without a vechicle. NOW with our VERY bad gravel roads on botswana border, the load bin cracked. Ford refuses to repair due to two chairs fitted on the back of the bakkie which is ONLY used on the farm with two children on at 20km/h. Ran into another Ford owner with the same cracks, and Ford Brits approved his claim with illegal hunting frame on it!!! My reasoning, I didnt hesitate to buy my bakkie a year ago because of my loyality to a very good vechicle, now why doesnt ford provide that same loyality to their customers on something which is a design problem on their side. And why is only people or friends of Ford personnel helped and me not? This is the worst service I ever received and very dissapointed on the quality and workmanship of the new ford ranger. The previous models were far more realible!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BAKIE
