The days of trouble free M Benz motoring are over!

I am rather shocked by the complaints regarding Mercedes Benz and wonder why people do not take their vehicles to other car service centres?

In the beginning of 2012 my C180 developed a problem which at first was misdiagnosed and later repaired to the value of over R20 000. This car was new when I got it and only had 80 000 km on the clock when this happened. In immaculate condition. Recently once again the car developed another problem in the same engine area. This time I took it to an outside motor vehicle service centre. This time it cost me R6 000. I decided to contact MB SA and enquire whether they could assist me by helping me understand why this was happening so I could try and prevent it. I received an acknowledgement a month ago and since then nothing!!!

My new neighbour also has a C class and I discovered he is far from happy with the vehicle, at least if nothing else. I am not alone
