My car destroyed by negligence of company

The signage of their truck fell off on the N2 highway, it then impacted my vehicle causing catastrophic failure. The incident happened 6 months ago and between my insurance and theirs they have managed not to pay a cent toward the incident and have no intention of doing so. beware when driving near these vehicles as they are unsafe and can most likely kill you. The driver of the vehicle that caused the accident fled the scene. The insurance company for Wasteman are paid not to settle claims although this seems to be common practice in South Africa these days. This is a warning for all motorists. Beware of these vehicles as they are unsafe, rarely roadworthy and pose a significant danger to the road user.
