Your Driver is not above the Law!

On Wednesday, one of your drivers decided that he was more important than all the other drivers in Joburg and decided to cut through the traffic by turning right in a straight lane and then cutting in front of the other cars on the corner of Modderfontein and Hereford Rd Edenvale. We are all trying to get home, not just your inconsiderate driver. I would be embarrased to know that my vehicle is covered in my company's name and this is how people would see our drivers. Considering you are a courier company, I can tell you right now that I would never trust you to courier my goods knowing that that is the manner in which they are transported. I called the number on the vehicle right away and was kept holding forever until I put the phone down and called again. I spoke to Tumi (apparently your operations manager) who had absolutely nothing to say but "YES". I had to ask him to take my details and on insisting on an apology for their employees behaviour, he told me that he will speak to the freight manager. THAT WAS IT! Still heard nothing! I will be posting online anywhere I possibly can that your business is a joke and you will be amazed how fast word of mouth can travel!
