Selling vehicle's with false information

Ought a BMW 320I by them and they told me it was serviced and check and only paid the first instalment on the vehicle and it is already at BMW with a problem on the engine and the cost to repair it is /- R20000.00, i have been trying to get the proof of the service out of them for 2 days now and they just don't care and not getting back to me, they are hiding things and selling cars and patching the cars to last just longer than there 7 day exchange policy, this is going to go a lot further than this. They are trying to cover there own now.
