A week and a half is TOO LONG to wait!

I took my Suzuki Alto in Wed, 3 July to have a problem with the front left wheel checked on and fixed.

A week and a half later and I still have not got my car back, and neither Global Hatfield Service department nor Mayfair Gearbox can give me any idea as to when it will be sorted.

I expected this problem to be seen to promptly and when it wasn't, for Global Hatfield to at the very least arrange an alternative vehicle while they get busy speeding the process up.

I hope something happens quickly with regards to this problem
