Grand Vitara fuel consumption

Middle of 2013 I bought a new Grand Vitara Summit. Claiming 9.9l/100 km on the auto I expected it to be a bit more than that - reality is always higher. I'm avg 12.8l /100km over 13000km so far.
I raised this several times with the service department for the last 5 months - I was told I wasn't the only one. No progress was made - they claimed they were waiting for someone from JHB to respond.
I raised this with the DP at Helderberg as I wasn't satified with the lack of urgency and NO feedback from them.
After several additional enquiries I left my car with them for a week - they did their own tests and their own report - confirming that there is an issue. After yet another month they said that they are waiting to complete testing on another GV before submitting both reports to Suzuki SA. So after yet another month I can't be bothered to go back to them -and reading some posts about the Helderberg branch on 4x4community I see that I'm not alone in my frustrations.
Failing to find a contact email address on teh Suzuki SA web site I have now reverted to this complaint. I love the car and the brand and own some other Suzuki vehicles as well - hopefully this can be sorted.
