Complaint regarding the car maintenance

I'm Tamer Hani Kamal Abd El Wahid.
A customer who is sending this email for you complaining of:1) The intention of not fixing the car for free if there Is an issue which will cost a lot although it's still in the warranty.
2) The hidden condition of having 7 maintenance bill which the branch manager never mention it before just to avoid expenses although the car still in the warranty.
3) The unprofessional attitude from the branch manager. Mohamed Asfour
I'm sure you will never accept such unprofessional treatment, strategy and attitude which will cause the loss of many customers.
So, kindly assist regarding the below case as I will wait for your response.
I have a car Model 2011, Peugeot number 3008, Chassis number: VF3OU5FVABFO11140 .Metal Plate number: MB3211.The Warranty is for 5 years.
I visited Ghamra branch in Egypt at 01/07/2013 as I had a problem with the card which cost L.E 50 .The employee fixed it and told me that the car still within the warranty.
5 days later, I faced another problem with the car and I visited the same branch.the manager informed me that the problem is the turbo we need to renew it with LE 15000 they told me they can't fix it for free and don't have bills
