Excellent customer service - Hi-Q Ballito

I would like to compliment the staff at Hi-Q in Ballito for the excellent customer service provided to me.
Firstly they do "SHOCKS-TEST", a service that is not provided by many Shocks and Tyre fitment centres.
Secondly, the guys went above the call of duty when they decided to put my car on their ramp to investigate a strange sound in my cars suspension area. They identified the sound within minutes and promptly repaired it.
All I wanted was a quote for tyres.
The Sales staff also were very friendly and efficient. They did not charge me for the repair carried out.
It is not very often that one receives excellent customer service these days so I would like to say a very big "THANK YOU" to the guys at Hi-Q in Ballito. You guys got the right idea on how to attract new customers.
