I went to their workshop for various reasons. Either advice on how to fix something, for parts or repairs. They always took time to explain things to me gave me the most competent advice or fixed things at low charges. One would think that BMW has high rates and that repairs in a backyard garage would be cheaper, however these guys have usually undercharged me in support and sympathy of the do-it-yourself guy. Their quality and knowledge in regard to repairs is amazing and they don't seem to be caring too much about making money out of every every repair but focus on good relationship with their customers and living up to high standards in every regard.
