Does not Pay for services Rendered for his Compay

Three month ago Mr Benjamin Contacted me to Install full Accounting and Pos Software for B, H Motor Spares
in 18 outlets the contract was done verbally, where he said please do install in two outlet for approval then we proceed, we have done so... the head office and general managers were satisfied with the project, so far the system is working. and mr Ben keeps on promising payment and he has never paid us... three month have passed he keeps on giving us excuse.
