Hyundai won't do pick ups

My name is Lebo. I've booked my car in for service at Hyundai Randburg, and they said they can only drop me off at work and can't pick me up as their drivers are busy in the afternoon. I then checked with the Sandton branch if they can do pick ups, but they gave me the same answer as their Randburg branch. I then asked if this applied to all of their branches? The answer was: "yes". Now my question is how do they expect us to fetch our cars after work since we depend on the very same cars to get home? Surely this is very bad service from Hyundai.
