Great service!!

I took my car for Eldan. I was greeted and welcomed by Ellen with a great smile. We did the inspection together and she pet me abreast with the car repairs whilst the car was with them. Great work Ellen, keep up the good work. Upon receiving a call that my car is ready, I went to pick it up and once again I experienced superb service. I think it qualifies as genuine because my car have been to this panel repairs 3 timed and I always experience great service. After receiving my car, about a week later I noticed that my emergency triangle was broken. I called them to sensitize them about it, I was transferred to jayson or Jc. He requested that I should bring the car, I brought the car to them and he took responsibility on behalf of Eldan and my triangle socket was replaced. There were no denials or strong verbal exchanges, thanks JC . Finally not only I experience great customer service, my car was fixed according to Mercedes Benz standards.
