STILL WAITING FOR BRANCH MANAGER TO CALL BACK

I phoned pg glass brits approx 2 weeks ago. a lady answered and i enquired in english (her english was not that good) about reflective/tint flims for windows. she did not know if they supplied and mentioned that her boss will call me back - which never happened... bad customer service
