Terrible service manager nowhere to be found

Good day

i experienced the worst service at one of your filling stations, when i asked the cashier to speak to the manager she just shouted at me that he was in the toilet, i just wanted to purchase a muffin and when i asked for service they just plainly ignored me me and about 4 people where waiting there watching them prepare chicken for later on in the day, i wont be filling up or making use of any of your service stations because the service is just ahocking and i will also let everyone on social media know of the utter service
