On the 4th water pump in less than 4 years (age)

The original water pump packed up in 2011 and also blew the top head gasket. The next one was replaced in November 2012 with the new engine block at 64000km. Hardly six months the third one has just been replaced. What is the problem with this picture or have I gone mad? All this and the car has only less than an amazing 83000km. I wonder what is next. Please have a serious look into the water pump issue as this is not normal. The rest of the issues I have had with your dealers "who are not your dealers" would be an endless rant.
