BAD BAD SERVICE

I am very upset and very unsatisfied by the manner I have been treated by the members of the Roodepoort used cars depot.

I do not know who is the higher rank but I will be complaining to much higher levels [nca and ncr] regarding this problem
I believe that if something has happened somebody is supposed to let a customer know.
But I said it and will repeat. If the case of a decline, no salesman is willing to answer and we have the right to know.

And I called Lukor on Friday where he said he could not phone me back he was out of office, but before the application he couldn't call me enough and I think as a consumer that is very unfair.
I demand a answer from someone in Lukor's management or else I just take this further in the press.

Then Maruis mailed me giving me a soppy story about how they want to help people.
I say that is utter BS!! And very very low of Lukor!
