Overcharged on Service

I had my 120 serviced today (45 000km) and was over charged by R870 for something that has a standard pricing structure for all dealers - R1575 incl VAT!

I was quoted R1 800 for the service (before i knew about the pricing matrix for all dealers) and had to suddenly pay R2400 upon arrival without notification. Spark Plugs and Oil Filter charged for that is supposed to be included in the service.
