Took my little Fiat Panda for a service, the car has a service plan. Second year in a row I return to Park Motors in Vereeniging and second time I have to deal with incompetence. First time they never stamped my book and also didnt give me back the parts they replaced, how would I know they did any work for sure if they cant show me the parts taken out? Second time they didnt attach the box the air filter goes in and the whole, e thing is shaking loose. The clip was never attached and has broken off completely. The complaint is that they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and in the end it can leave me with permanent damage because they are incompetent. This Nico chap that works there does not know a thing about customer service, I confronted him on the phone about their mistake and he says they never make mistakes, well what about the last year? Nico is very unprofessional when he shouts at clients on the phone and saying, do you know who you are talking to? Who does he think he is? When I asked them the contact details of the person in charge they said they cant give his details because he doesnt answer emails! I want to speak to the boss or owner of Park Motors
