Speedy response to complaint

I want to thank Gareth, sales manager of Stanmar Motors, George, for the speedy response to my complaint. I have been refunded, but is still waiting for the owners manual. Gareth assured me that he will send it as soon as possible. I will report on this when I receive the manual.
