I bought a Renault Megan, and was helped by the Sales Lady, Linda Allison. She gave me the documents to sign, and went through the papers but she failed to explain a lot of things to me. She never told me about the roadworthy status of the vehicle, and since it was my first time buying a car I was not familiar with a lot of the terms, and If I had knew I would not have bought it in that condition.

After 3 weeks driving the vehicle, the car had a clutch problem and all the gears stopped working. I gave Linda (Sales Lady) a call to explain the problem I experienced, but she didn't get assist me because she said according to the contract the car is mine now I must fix it.

With the help of my neighbour we spoke with the manager (Alex) the following day, and he agreed to come fetch and fix the car and pay for all the damage fees. After two days without any feedback I gave Alex a call for an update, and he responded saying that the total cost for fixing the vehicle was going to be R4500, which he said they will only pay half, and I must pay the other.

I told them to keep the car as I didn't have the amount the required, but now the are telling me that I have to pay for storage.
