A petrol station with no petrol?

What a disappointment, as I arrived at Engen Quickshop, Watermeyer, Pretoria (06/21/2013) and for the third time, there was no petrol.
This is really bad and poor management and you can rather close your branch, as it can't even supply the main commodity.
