When i bought my new Kia Rio from Kia Menlyn, we had a really positive experience dealing with the sales team and everyone involved. The spare key was faulty and Stewart immediately saw to it to have it replaced.
We then made time in our scheduled to bring the car in on last week Friday 14 June.
When i called in to make the booking, firstly the reception lady had absolutely no clue how to operate her phone, she put me through to "spares" at least 4 times before the gentleman there physically had to go call a lady to come to his office ad do the booking from there. When we brought in the car on the day, once again the lady at the reception desk was as clue less as ever. We asked for the woman we made the booking with, and the reception lady merely said "eh? ok". Then we discovered that once the driver dropped us off at our place of work, there would be no one to come pick us up again or bring the car to us. Something i clearly asked when the first gentleman originally called. We had to call the center to hear if the car was done yet. Shortly after 5 we got the car. Then the car smelled of vinegar and a bottle cologne perfume was missing. 7 hours to cut a key?
