After investigating your grievances by discussing and reviewing your submitted inventory list and documentation on hand as well as sending out a representative from Eezi Move for further assessment we are of the professional opinion that the damages could have been limited or even totally prevented should you have made use of our special wrapping service (Double sided cushion craft). Unfortunately, though highly recommended on all our documentation such as our inventory lists, quotation emails as well as our terms & condition you opted not to make use of this option. We wish to bring to your attention the below mentioned points stated in our terms & conditions regarding Eezi Moves liability for loss or damages. Terms & Conditions Point 8:OUR LIABILITIES FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE If we are liable for damaging, losing or failing to deliver goods, this liability will be limited to a maximum payment in proportion to one hundred rand (R100) per cubic meter of the volume of the item lost or damaged even if it forms part of a pair or set.
