Poor workmanship of replacing CV boot, no bolt

My wife took our Audi to GBB Drivelines to replace a broken CV boot 17/01/13.
That night I noticed warning lights on the dash, so I parked the car.
The following day my wife went to Audi to see what the warning lights were, they told her to go back to GBB because they damaged something.
I phoned GBB informing them about the fault and they told me it was not their work that caused the fault but I must bring the car early the next morning for them to check. GBB mentioned that there was no warranty with the work they did because the car was at Audi.
The next morning on the way to GBB the car broke down, my wife which is pregnant was stuck on the side of the road, she phoned Wayne at GBB informing him of the breakdown, he told her that she must get the car to him then only he will look at it.
My wife then phoned a family member to come help.
Our family member who arrived found the fault where GBB had worked, he informed GBB then only he sent some one out to help.
When the car got back to GBB upon inspection they forgot to put the bolt back for the CV and the whole Cv fell out. They repaired their fault but did not clean where they worked or leave the wheel in the same condition found.
