Emile Service Manager was Unprofessional

I booked my Corsa in for a 120000 km service @ 07:30 12/06/2013. At 16:00 I received an sms stating my vehicle will not be finished today I have to make other arrangements. I phoned to find out what was wrong & was told they will get back to me. 20 Min later still no response. I phoned again spoke to another person who was going to get back to me. 20 Min later still no response. I phoned again - suddenly my car had no brakes. What ever. After I informed him that this is really an inconvenience & that he need's to sort it out or arrange for a car for us & also mentioned that this is not the first time this has happened. Previously he & my husband had the same argument. I informed him my husband is on his way & he need to urgently sort thing out due to their history. He told me in plain Afrikaans "Ek gee nie 'n om nie" For the record my telephone @ work has a recorded line so he will not get away with this. My husband got to William Hunt & confronted him. His word to him was to off" That in a public area with in William Hunt.
This is truly unexceptable & I will not except a treatment of this nature.
