I would like to lodged a complaint with regards to the after sales disappointment received from Volkswagen Alberton. On the 24 May 2013 I bought a vehicle from VW and on the day of delivery I faced problems with the article. Battery that was in the vehicle wasn't in a working condition and I had to wait for a new one. 2 other problems 1 the replacement of the left hand mirror and 2 the replacement of the booth lock that was supposed to be done on the 27 May 2013. To date I never received on call from Palesa to confirm when same will be done. 3 weeks later.
Service in general is very poor hope same will be rectified.
