Shocking!!! never buy a car from him!

Yesterday Tuesday 11 June 2013 after trying to get hold of James at CAR BARGAINS in GERMISTON for well over a month he finally messaged that he would be in touch with us after 2pm yesterday - not surprising this did not happen, We finally managed to get hold of him this morning to try and sort the problem out with the car he sold only to be told that "he will not entertain us and we must do what we need to do" making out that its either wear and tear or that I have damaged the vehicle - the car he sold us has a water leak and after taking it for an assessment was told by a very reputable company that the head either has a crack in it or the head gasket has blown - so much for a 6 month warranty! Also I am still without a CD player in the car - he will say I broke that too knowing full and well it didn't work when he sold it to me. I am in contact with the Consumer Protection Act people and will take this further. My advice to anyone out there buying a car - be very aware of this man and the company, they are non-existent after a sale - the problem will be yours!!! James claims a 6 month warranty on his vehicles, seriously, utter bulls#t???
