Apparently this tyre company simply doesn't understand how basic banking works or how to treat customers. Booked in car for 4 new tyres to a total of R6000 and would think that it would be obvious that the only realistic way to pay is by EFT but don't want to accept the banks word and proof of payment confirmation and won't release my vehicle until the money "is visible in the account". You actually expect me to go without a car until the money physically makes the transition into your account? And noone cares. Everyone of the employees including the branch manager think thats fine? Pathetic! Even after explaining that standard bank has a cap on daily cash withdrawls and card swipes they still don't get it! And the worse part is that they said it would all be fine and everything would be complete and sorted within 40min and i must just wait for my car. I waited from 10:00am till 14:00 without any transport and noone there offers a lift/alternative and still don't have a car the next day and have to beg friends for a lift. Pathetic
