CAR CLINIC ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY

I took my car in for a service and Cambelt repair, it came back NOT STARTING AT ALL? When i confronted the man in charge he said that he won't fix it because i didn't come for that. The point is that i sent the car to him starting and i ended up towing my car away. Is this fair? He still demanded his money but i was left worse off than i came. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, they will ROB YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE GOT. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE! They are inferior workmanship. DO NOT! I paid R1400 to tow my car away.
