THEY HAVE BEEN FIXING MY CAR FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS!!

We had an accident on the 27th of April, the only damage was my airbags deployed and my front left panel was a bit mangled. They told me the car would be finished in 10-15 working days. After being in constant contact with them they continue to push back the date of completion! Ithen decided to go there 2 weeks ago, they had done basically NOTHING! I explained that I desperately need my car for work and please can we try to get it done, I then went back the next week and they had done NOTHING! they take on too many new clients and forget about the existing ones! I was promised my car on friday the 7th of June, its now the 12th and it looks like its still not going to come back to me! I have paid 2 installments on my car, and have not been driving it for either of those payments! I phone to ask where my car is and no one can give me a straight answer and sound annoyed with ME when I call??? this is insane!
