My name is Brenda Mojakgolo i hired a car at First Car Rental on the 10/08/2012 unfortunately on the 12/08/2012 i was in the car accident when i was on my way to drop the car off at Bloemfontein airport, i was in ICU for a month, but i advised my brother to call the rental Agency of what happend and Kimberley airport where i booked the car they said i got nothing to worry about they will deduct access fee from my credit cd about R2950.00 which they did
Two months later when i was on sick leave i received serveral emails from Amanda Oagle saying i owe an amount of R60 000.00 for the damages on the car, i was calm i just told her BUT the person that my spoke to said if you pay access because its not my car but the car rental's car if i paid access insurance will pay
She saif that i have to pay that amount or else my name will be listed at credit beraux which in the actual fact they put my name there,
worse i find out when i went for an interview and they liked all was needed to be done was to screen me for criminal record and or credit history, i mean they wanted to gain both sides me paying and they insurance they thought i was gonna leave it like that
