Car was fixed as promised!

I have previously wrote complaints about my car service however the matter was attended to and although the process was time consuming i guess employees must follow protocol etc when problems arise..

I want to thank Siphiwe for keeping his word that he would fix the car and Natasha at head office who handled the issue extremely well.
