Dear Renault Hatfield,

I would like to complement you on an excellent service i had at your branch. This Clio 4 is my first brand new vehicle. I have had allot of other vesicles but this service i had at your branch was just excellent.

They made the entire experience a special and pleasant one. The manager came to show me how the car works. They did an unveiling and gave me basket of goodies. They answered all my questions and more. They even stayed after 6:30pm to help me and give me my vehicle.

Thank you very much peeps. I have underestimated how awesome you people can be.

Lets hope the after sales service will be just as good!
