Pathetic Customer relation

I dealt with the Satinsky group when trying to apply for a car through their drive a new car deals. i dealth with a few people on the phones and it was the worst call center experience ever. they are rude, unhelpful and pass the buck too easily. they also have a bad habit of "dropping" calls. when i was applying for the car they were all too eager to speak to me and called me 3-4 times a day to process the application. the moment i had an issue and wanted it sorted, they became scarce and dont reply to emails and i get cut off on the line.

i spoke to the call center manager Nomvula at one point who was the rudist of them all and the most stubborn. she was unwilling to be of any assistance. i then requested to speak to her superior, and she was reluctant to give any info. i finally managed to get a name, Kugan, but then got cut off again.

these people are pathetic and should all be fired. you are all there to help your clients, not to argue with them. it all starts with listening to their issue first and taking a second to think. but you would swear these people were taken off the street and have no manners..
