Dear sir

With my Hilux 3. Legend D/c being written off in an mva in December, and with the huge marketing Hype around the Amarock, I had intended to swap brands.
I regret to advise that I am most disappointed in the poor level of service experienced in dealing with your representative Ruark. It is evident to me that with the popularity/current demand for the new spec Amarock D/C BITDI auto, that it is expected that your customers to do the spade work with regards to liaison. I was promised that a test drive would be arranged _ 2 months ago. Also that he would prepare a quotation according to my spec., as soon as pricing became available. To date, neither have happened, and further, I have not even received a phone call. In contacting Ruark today, I found his response to be quite nonchalant/ arrogant. I look forward for the current sales boom you are experiencing with the demand for the Amarock to decline substantially, in order that you learn how to treat your customers. Please be advised that I do not intend dealing with your company in future.
