Poor Service, total lack of regard for customers

Took vehicle in on the 26th April for minor repair, story constantly changes, no returning of calls from anyone in the branch except the CEO who really tries, but the people who get paid to do the job, simply do not care.
20 days now, and they could not be bothered!
from need new door, to now need panely beating when door scrathed? to give us a chance.
How long is this "chance" going to take for minor repairs? Ten day job is already 20 days and they do not know how much longer.
cannot even return a call, from Martin, the manager, Fanie the workshop manager, Talita impossible.
all of them. Just not bothered.
