Kings International Removers fail to deliver goods

I have shipped my goods with Relogulf in December 2012 from Dubai to South Africa.

It is now closing the end of May and my goods have not been delivered yet, because Relogulf has failed to make the payment to Kings-International. Now Rolf Lamers of Kings International Removers (Pty) Ltd is withholding my goods until Relogulf makes the payments.
I have paid Relogulf in full - and I fail to see how my goods can be held hostage because a breach of contract between two business partners?
I have not been able to get hold of management at Relogulf to resolve this issue.
I am sitting with no clothes and furniture for the passed 4 months - since delivery time would of been - one month from packing.
