Dishonest

Called Suzuki Johannesburg south and spoke to Ian about a Ford Ranger, he told me the one they had was just sold but he will be able to get me another one (9/05/2013), they found another one for me, once the finance was approved he informed me the vehicle was sold but will be able to get me another Ford ranger (10/05/2013) and it will arrive next week monday. The vehicle did not arrive and when I spoke to Faisal he promised that it will be no later than Wednesday (15/05/2013), I went to the dealership and spoke to the director Meyer Benjamin who promised me that I can come pick it up on Tuesday (21/05/2013). They still have not received the vehicle!!! I have never in my whole life dealt with such dishonest people!!! Suzuki states: "We strive to always be transparent, continuously helpful and to deliver excellent service honestly and professionally" Nice words... But need to be changed to "Dishonest & Unprofessional"
