Seem my insurance company outsourced the car hire to these clowns. After confirming that the car was going to be dropped off at the Panel Beater for 4:30 twice, was left stranded in an industrial estate thanks to incorrect booking. After phoning car hire and EFS, was promised a call back. After 25min was told they where looking for a replacement car. Not a problem as left standing in the dark in an industrial estate with expensive computer equipments. Car was delivered later that night from a crowd that is 3 times the price and no branch at the airport as I requested. Seriously the biggest joke of a company I have had to deal with.
