Losing brake Fluid

Honestly... this is frustrating. I bought my car five months ago from VW, Soweto branch but I'm telling you i have no joy of driving this car. Honestly its a nightmare driving . firstly on the 09th of Feb this year, it got in to flames and No one had the decency to get back to me as I have reported this matter. i fixed the vehicle out of my pocket and no one could explain what would have coursed the fire. NOW, my vehicle is losing brake fluid. honestly, i need answers... can VW just fix my car or even better give me a new vehicle?
this is draining... it looks like every month, there's something that I'm fixing... i am tired. The reason why I went for this brand is because I love it but now I'm so disappointed in them because no seems to care.
