Fly-by-night damages intercom and disappears

Best Loads removal truck, while moving goods for my neighbour, reverses over my intercom (witnessed by two neighbours). The owner, Simbayi (aka Frank), agrees to pay for repairs, but then disappears and disregards all emails, sms and telephone calls leaving me with the repair bill.
