Loss of Power!!!

Hi!
My car has a severe loss of power! The mileage is only 34000km and is a 2010 320i model.
I have taken this car in 4 times in the past 2 months due to SEVERE lack of power.

Visit 1 (Umhlanga) : No change and car not even washed properly
Visit 2 (Supertech) : Good service and car is now normal. However exactly 1 week later the car suddenly loses power whilst driving. It felt as if a "switch had been turned off"
Visit 3 (Supertech) : no change
Visit 4 (Umhlanga) : no change

It is becoming increasingly difficult and dangerous to drive this car! A polo easily overtakes me.
The car stumbles when taking off in 1st gear.
2nd gear can't even make it up an incline or over a speed hump!

My father recently drove the car and he has also complained to me regarding the cars performance.
This car is now a safety hazard as I can't overtake with confidence and is becoming extremely difficult to drive as I must continiously push it along.
If BMW is not prepared to give this car a complete overhaul (if necessary) then i will sell it and buy anaother luxury car brand and will tell others not to buy it as well!
