NEW BMW LEAKING RIVERS, SO NOT HAPPY

I purchased a new BMW 328i end of MARCH since then my car leaks in every time it rains! My brand new R510 000- car is smelling terrible and the leaks could not be found by BMW for days! Why should one purchase a high value vehicle/new vehicle to avoid problem... yet now I have to hear how BMW wants to strip the interior panels to try find the problem! My new car is now! And I'm embarrassed to drive my second BMW with problem. I should have rather consider buying a TATA I'm sure customers don't drive with roof lining, seats and instrument panel socked in water! The reason I pay for new vehicles is actually to avoid being stuck with a faulty second hand vehicle! I want my vehicle replaced with same make or model or I'll make it my business to make this known to everybody I meet. BMW sux and I can't believe I'm expected to be happy with BMW service department wanting to patch my car up! I should never have changed my Landrover Evoque because I'm stuck with a product that lets people like us down! Even if I sell it now to avoid this PROBLEM I'll be standing on the losing end!
