Super polite petrol attendant

I went to fill my car this afternoon on my way home and stopped at BP Oasis Beyers Naude South. Well expecting the usual flat attitude as I do from most petrol attendants, imagine my surprise when I was greeted with a friendly smile by Manual (I asked his name) who was clearly by the badge a trainee (Trainee 3). He bent down to eye level and listened with interest what my requirements were, then proceeded to complete required tasks. When completed he double checked that I am satisfied with my requirements being complete, all the while being patient and polite.

I have never in my life been treated so politely, friendly and with interest at a petrol station. If I know when Manuel will be on duty, I will purposely fill up at BP Oasis South.

Please extend my utmost appreciation and gratitude to his manager and Manuel himself (I too thanked him profusely before I left).

Please use Manual as an example to others on how to treat customers!! Well done Manual!!
