Never ending issues with VW Centurion

I purchased my car in July 2012. Since then my vehicle has been into VW Centurion for numerous issues namely a knocking noise on the front. The problem has never been fixed. I threatened to go to MOISA on many occasions. I currently have a courtesy vehicle for 25 days and the car has been to panel beaters becaus ethey still cannot pinpoint the noise. Theres just too much of a history to go into on this. This is possibly the most PATHETIC act of customer satisfaction ever!!!
