I had to make a reservation via the call center. I was expecting a very long process but it was the most efficient call I ever had. Everything was done correctly. Details from my previous bookings were immediately available and could just be copied. I never had to repeat anything and everything was noted correctly the first time. Even the small things which centers normally get wrong was done correct - like the repeating the numbers back to me while I read them. The agent constantly confirmed that she heard details correctly by repeating the details back to me. My booking was done in 5 minutes. I was really impressed with the fast and professional service.
