Terrible workmanship and slow service

I had an accident with my vehicle in the beginning of March 2013. It took them 6 weeks to repair the car, and their excuse was the supplier being slow to issue them with stock.

I eventually took delivery of my vehicle sans one rim and a wheel bearing. Two weeks later and persistent phoning from my part the parts eventually arrived, and was fitted. On delivery of the car, I picked up that the car veered to the right intermittently when brakes were applied. I took the car back a 3rd time, and the mechanic told me during the test drive that it's "normal", and that its because the cylinder for the hydraulics is closer to the right wheel, so it initiates the braking faster. Unfortunately I was not fooled having a fair bit of understanding about hydraulics.

I left Carello after advising them that I will have the problem sorted at my own cost at Honda, due to their incompetence. Tonight, as I parked my car at home, there were scratching/grating sounds coming from the wheel that they had repaired.

Carello Auto's incompetence shines through a fourth time! I am looking forward to their response to this post, and I will keep this post up to date with their performance
