Bike was delivered 1 month after cash purchase

I bought a GPR250R from DMC for my son 2 weeks before his 18th birthday. Although had 2 weeks to sort out the registration and double check that the bike was in good working order it still took 4 weeks to receive the bike registered with all the paperwork. The reason for the delay was blamed on there big boy account being froozen due to a check that had not been handed over to Head Office by the rep. Not Good!

When they delivered the bike the indicators were not properly functioning and I sent the bike immediately. To his credit Dion sorted it out the same day and delivered the bike bike all in working order. On my sons first ride in the car park he stalled the bike while turning and pulling away and lost his balance. The result was that the indicators light broke. Dion picked up the bike the Monday and replaced it all for R100, now thats what I call good service and going the extra mile.

We very happy with the bike and it is running smoothly.

I feel that the late delivery of 4 weeks put a damper on my sons 18th birthday celebrations and turned what should have been an outright compliment into a complaint.
